Make a Payment
Payments can be made online by e-check ($0.50 fee)) or by credit/debit card (2.85-percent convenience fee) through the Online Business Center. In-person payments by cash or check can be made between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 4:30 Fridays at the Cashier's Office, located on the second floor of the Smith-Pendergraft Campus Center. Summer hours may differ. We are unable to accept credit/debit card payments in person or by phone.
Students may also authorize others to access their account information and pay their balance through the by adding an authorized payer.
Online Payments Through the Online Business Center
Current and Former Students
If you would like to make a credit card or e-check payment, please follow these instructions.
- Log in to your
- If you are not enrolled in a payment plan, choose the Appropriate Term and click Continue.
- If you are enrolled in a payment plan, select Make Payment, then View Details, Pay Next Installment, and click Continue.
- Select the drop-down arrow next to Select Method, choose your payment method choice, and click Continue.
- Enter your account and billing information and click Continue.
- Verify your payment information, select I Agree (if requested), and click Submit Payment.
International Students and Parents
ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú has partnered with TransferMate to provide a transparent payment method that reduces bank fees and improves your payment experience. If you would like to make a payment using TransferMate, please follow these instructions.
- Log in to your
- If you are not enrolled in a payment plan, choose the Appropriate Term and click Continue.
- If you are enrolled in a payment plan, select Make Payment, then View Details, Pay Next Installment, and click Continue.
- Select the drop-down arrow next to Select Method, make your selection, and click Continue.
- Choose the country from which you are paying and your preferred method of payment.
- Follow the instruction to enter your account and billing information and click Continue.
- Be sure to include the leading zeros with your ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú ID number (Example: Enter @00123456 instead of 123456.)
- Make your payment with the provided instructions.
- Track your payment throughout the process.
Authorized Users
If you are an authorized user and would like to make a credit card or e-check payment on behalf of your student, please follow these instructions.
- Log in to the portal.
- If your student is not enrolled in a payment plan, choose the Appropriate Term and click Continue.
- If your student is enrolled in a payment plan, select Make Payment, then View Details, Pay Next Installment, and click Continue.
- Select the drop-down arrow next to Select Method, choose your payment method choice, and click Continue.
- Enter your account and billing information, and click Continue.
- Verify your payment information, select I Agree (if requested), and click Submit Payment.
Housing Deposit Instructions
If you would like to pay your housing deposit using a credit card or e-check payment, please follow these instructions.
- Log in to the
- Select Deposits.
- Click the drop-down arrow next to Select Deposit Payment, select Housing, then click Select and Continue.
- Please Note: The term displayed may not match your term of residence.
- Select the drop-down arrow next to Select Method, select your payment method, and then click Continue.
- Verify your payment information, select I Agree (if requested), and click Submit Payment.
