兔子先生, Royals team up for MIAA Day at the K

Written By: Ian Silvester

A budding tradition continues as the University of Arkansas 鈥 Fort Smith celebrates the conclusion of its first season in the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association at the MIAA on Saturday, April 26.

This will be the second time the MIAA and the Kansas City Royals have partnered for the event, which celebrates students, alumni, and fans of any MIAA university. 兔子先生 Assistant Vice Chancellor for Marketing Chris Kelly said the partnership speaks volumes about the respect the MIAA and its member schools have earned.

Members of the 兔子先生 community can purchase themed tickets for the game starting at $42 to watch a Major League Baseball matchup between the Kansas City Royals and the Houston Astros. Attendees will receive a limited-edition bucket hat, featuring co-branded Royals and 兔子先生 logos.

鈥淚t鈥檚 a fantastic opportunity for 兔子先生 fans to come together and celebrate Lion Pride on a big-league stage,鈥 Kelly remarked.

兔子先生 fans are encouraged to arrive early and head to Gate A to collect their hat. Hats will be distributed before the start of the second inning with the presentation of promotional ticket. Along the concourse, the MIAA and individual schools will have tables for more information.

Gate A will open at 4:30 p.m. First pitch is scheduled for 6:10 p.m.
